TUITION INFORMATION: 
Our tuition rates are based on 34-36 weeks of instruction. Tuition remains the same whether a long (5 week) or short (3 week) month.  There are no refunds for missed classes.

 

TUITION PAYMENTS:

 

Monthly tuition fees are payable in one of three ways:

 

1. YEARLY...Pay the year in full upon enrollment and receive a 10% discount.  (This payment option runs through September)

 

2.  SEMESTER....Pay September through December by SEPTEMBER 1st and January through May by JANUARY 1ST and receive a 5% discount (payment must be received by due date)

 

3.  MONTHLY AUTOMATIC DEBIT of your checking or savings account.  All fees are debited on the first of the month.  Additional fees (costumes, etc.) may be paid by cash, check, VISA  or MASTERCARD.  Returned checks will be assessed a fee of $25.

 

FAMILY DISCOUNTS: 
The first child is full rate.  Each additional child/adult receives a $5.00 monthly discount.

 

OTHER DISCOUNTS: 
Any student enrolled in two or more classes will receive a $5.00 monthly discount on each additional class.

 

REGISTRATION FEE: 
$25 per student / $30 per family

 

OBSERVERS: 
We cannot allow observers during scheduled classes.  We offer two observation days per year so that you can see your child's progress.  Some of our younger students have a difficult time participating in class when their parents are watching and older students sometimes feel intimidated by their presence.  Children are not allowed to attend a parent watch week session.  We do have a waiting area in the rear of the building.  It is an area for students and parents to wait for classes to begin or end...not a play area.  There is no rough housing or harsh play in the waiting area allowed at any time. 

 

NEW THIS YEAR....VIDEO MONITORS IN OUR WAITING AREA!

 

NO FOOD OR DRINK is permitted in the building.  We do have a water machine that carries a variety of flavored waters.  The cost is $1.00.  Students are welcome to bring a water bottle to the classroom.

 

GUM CHEWING is not allowed in the classroom.

 

TARDINESS:  Please make sure that your child is on time for class.  It is essential that all dancers get the appropriate warm-up needed to avoid injury.

 

MISSED LESSONS: 
Dancers are encouraged to make-up missed lessons although it is not a requirement.  Talk to the instructor after a missed lesson for a make-up day and time.  Once recital routines are started, attendance is very important.  Students who miss consecutive weeks of choreography will be expected to arrange for private instruction.  The cost is $25 per half hour.

 

DROP OFF AND PICK-UP OF STUDENTS: 
We cannot be responsible for the care of students before or after class.  We ask that you arrive promptly at the end of your child's class.  Students should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the beginning of their class.  We are extremely concerned with the safety of our students.  if someone other than a parent is picking them up, please notify the instructor.  If a situation arises and you are going to be late, please call the studio.  Accounts will be assessed $5.00 for each half hour that a student is left.  We also ask that parents come inside the studio to pick up your child.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER: 
In the event of bad weather, please call the studio after 2:00 P.M. and listen to the recorded message.  Many times when schools are closed, the studio will remain open.  There may be schedule changes due to severe weather.  Classes cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled at a later date.

 

SPRING RECITALS: 
Our spring performances will be held at the end of the session, sometime in June.  A $40 costume deposit ($65 for more than one costume) will be due January 18th.  Your balance will be due in March.  Costumes will not be ordered without a deposit.  COSTUME DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
